WellSpry LLC (“WellSpry,” “we,” “us”) provides a metabolic health platform that coordinates biomarker testing, physician consultations, personalised protocols, and curated health products. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

WellSpry is not a licensed medical provider. All clinical services — including physician consultations, GLP-1 prescriptions, and medical interpretations — are delivered by independent, board-certified physicians through our partner CareValidate. WellSpry facilitates access to these services but does not practice medicine.

GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) are FDA-approved brand-name products prescribed at the sole discretion of your physician and dispensed through NovoCare Pharmacy or LillyDirect. Prescription eligibility is determined during your physician consultation.

The Metabolic Intelligence Testing Package ($399) includes an at-home blood panel via SiPhox Health (100+ biomarkers), gut microbiome sequencing via BIOHM, a 30-minute physician interpretation call, and personalised protocols. Testing kits ship within 24 hours of purchase. Results are typically available within 3-5 business days for blood panels and 3-4 weeks for gut microbiome analysis.

Testing fees are non-refundable once a kit has shipped. If you have not received your kit within 7 business days, contact us for a replacement or refund. Testing is HSA/FSA eligible.

The Protocol Management programme ($249/month, or $2,388/year annual) provides ongoing physician access, prescription management, monthly check-ins, and protocol adjustments. The monthly plan has no long-term commitment; the annual plan is billed yearly at a 20% discount. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Medication costs are separate from the programme fee and are handled directly between you and the manufacturer pharmacy.

WellSpry supplements, peptide protocols, and skincare products are recommended based on your biomarker results. These are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary significantly.

WellSpry's affiliate programme is hosted on Impact. Affiliates must comply with all FTC disclosure requirements and FDA advertising guidelines. WellSpry provides pre-approved compliant copy and creative assets. Commission structures are detailed on the affiliate page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Testing purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for the consultation and protocol components. Refund requests should be directed to hello@wellspry.com.

WellSpry coordinates health services but is not responsible for clinical outcomes, medication side effects, or lab result accuracy. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for WellSpry services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
